Hey, I’m Charlotte - wellbeing coach, mum and wife who works because I love my job. I was living the chaotic, distracted life of working a full day, while also managing the emotional and mental load of being a mum - trying to make sure that everyone’s needs were met, while forgetting about my own. I was tired of feeling the ’mom guilt’ of having a job I love knowing that it took emotional energy away from my family. I finally realised that if I was going to enjoy my work and my journey of motherhood, I needed to set boundaries and make choices that would make me feel more in control, healthier and happier so that I could be the coach and the mum I wanted to be. I created a resilience plan that fits ME. A way of being that allows me to ride the waves of life with calm, peace and confidence so that I can focus better, be present and enjoy the moment while also finding some me time in amongst the noise. And I am ready to share it with you! If you’re ready to feel less stressed, be more organised and productive at work so you can be more present and patient at home and in the relationships that are most dear to you, then this podcast is for you! This is the 100th episode of this podcast!!!!!
And today I talk about what it has taken me to get to this point. What has resilience looked like in the days when it has felt a bit boring as well as the days when it has felt overwhelming and I have felt stressed and exhausted by the juggle?
This episode is a thank you to you who have been with me from the beginning and to you who are listening for the first time. I know that because you have taken the time to listen to this podcast, you want to find a way to be the calm, cool, collected mum you long to be and not the overwhelmed, distracted and impatient mum you so often find yourself being.
So thank you from me and thank you from those around you who will be so grateful for the time you take to learn the skillset of resilience that will allow you to be calm, more peaceful and to feel more at ease so that you can be focused, present and patient with your work and with those you love.

As a working mom of two, Kristen was desperate to find some work life balance and to have a bit more time for herself.
In this coaching session, she had originally asked for some practical scheduling help so that she could find that balance. But as we dug deeper, she realised what the real issue is and was able to find some relief as I offered her a different perspective on her busy-ness and how she might be able to manage her time.
