Mom guilt comes standard with being a mum, let alone with being a working mum/mom.  Do you feel guilty when you go to work? Do you feel guilty when you are not working? Do you feel guilty when all you long for is to close the door and have a bath? Or go for a run? Or have shouted at your children?
You are not alone. Today’s episode looks at mom guilt, or guilt in general, from a different perspective so that you can do all these things without feeling guilty, turning each experience into a positive growth and learning opportunity for you and your family.

We all compare ourselves to others in one way or another. It can sometimes drive us to be better but it can also cause us to feel depleted, unworthy and guilty. It can cause us to behave in ways we wish we hadn’t and is generally unhealthy.
Today’s episode looks at how we can keep our eyes in our lane, focused on the race ahead so that we can perform better and be more of the people that we actually can be.  I offer 4 tips to help you move out of comparison and into a space of gratitude and joy so that you can be present to your lane and to your performance in it.

Do you ever wake up after a full night’s sleep and feel like you are walking through treacle? Or spend 3 hours watching Netflix and ‘relaxing’ but you still feel exhausted and wrung out?
This episode touches on why this is the case and offers some practical tips to help you shift out of this state of relentless depletion to one of renewal, energy and the ability to be the mum and the manager that you need to be.
Remember that we don’t go to gym once and then our muscles are strong and our bodies are fit.  The exercises that I offer in this episode can be done in the comfort of your own home but the more you do them, the stronger you will become!

As a personal trainer, as well as helping my clients lose weight, my aim is to help them build up their muscles so that they can do the tasks that daily life requires of them. They feel lighter in their bodies and they are able to live day to day with more ease and comfort. 
As a wellbeing coach, my aim is to help my clients build up the mental muscles that allow them to feel lighter mentally and emotionally.  It is a process and in this episode, I share the three steps that this process entails that has helped and continually helps me and my clients move towards getting unstuck and living the life that we want.
