03 | Why Do I Wake Up Tired and Heavy Even After a Good Night’s Sleep?
Do you ever wake up after a full night’s sleep and feel like you are walking through treacle? Or spend 3 hours watching Netflix and ‘relaxing’ but you still feel exhausted and wrung out?
This episode touches on why this is the case and offers some practical tips to help you shift out of this state of relentless depletion to one of renewal, energy and the ability to be the mum and the manager that you need to be.
