02 | 3 Steps for a Lighter Body and Mind
As a personal trainer, as well as helping my clients lose weight, my aim is to help them build up their muscles so that they can do the tasks that daily life requires of them. They feel lighter in their bodies and they are able to live day to day with more ease and comfort.
As a wellbeing coach, my aim is to help my clients build up the mental muscles that allow them to feel lighter mentally and emotionally. It is a process and in this episode, I share the three steps that this process entails that has helped and continually helps me and my clients move towards getting unstuck and living the life that we want.
